Ordering Through DIR DBITS
Procure services quickly with deliverables‑based SOWs under the awarded categories.
Define Requirements
Draft a Statement of Work (SOW) describing scope, deliverables, schedule, and acceptance criteria.
Obtain DIR Approval
For state agencies, SOWs over certain values must be submitted to DIR for review.
Request Quote
Submit the SOW to Aetos for a fixed‑fee or milestone‑based proposal aligned to DIR terms.
Evaluate & Award
Evaluate proposal and issue a PO/contract referencing the Aetos DIR DBITS contract: DIR-CPO-5953.
Deliver & Accept
Aetos executes the work, provides deliverables, and obtains formal acceptance per the SOW.
